On eve of potential strike, UAW announces it’s reached a tentative contract deal covering 7,300 Daimler Truck workers, including “raises of more than 25%, the end of wage tiers, and the introduction profit-sharing and Cost-of-Living (COLA)”

Breaking: Seven thousand Daimler Truck workers voted by 96 percent in March to authorize a strike if necessary after their contracts across six facilities in North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee expire on April 26.

Tonight the UAW announced a TA has been reached with Daimler.
