Dark Brown Ale, 8,5%ABV
Not too dark ale, light foam, glorious flavour of barleymalt, chocolate, slight caramel sweetness & decent bitterness. Very pleasant.

More than decent PT Douro Eagle.
Grapes used: Viosinho, Rabigato, Verdelho, Arinto, Moscatel Galego Branco. A mouthful!

The hop freshness diminished but beautiful balance malt-hops remained.

Dreary today but forecasted rain didn’t come in the morning & I quickly cut the grass.
Lunch: caramelised pork chop w stewed leeks w vinaigrette & baked potatoes.
It rained cats & dogs when we left the shop with groceries!
