This needs more clarification in tumor characters. Conclusion is not theoretically logic

Jeremy Teoh That is a good point of discussion!! I remember my master doing TURB + TURP in most of the pts >60 yrs about 20-25 yrs ago because he was convinced that BOO increased RFS without no evidence.
Jeremy Teoh Good question. Interesting also the concern of seeding upper tract with stents while doing simultaneous TURP seems safe
