Want to look @ lymphocytes polarizing at the #immunesynapse... in LIVE ?! Here is a detailed protocol to do so with microfluidics (Pinon Léa and I know it by heart...) and that works with both cell lines and primary B and T #cells (which are both cool cell types, of course)🤓🔬
