Martin Indyk, President Obama’s special envoy for Israeli-Palestinian negotiations, who was the U.S. ambassador to Israel twice, has died. In April, on Foreign Affairs’ podcast, he said the “driving motivation” for his life was “to help Israel and the Arabs make peace.”
