How is it possible to book flights on Booking.com with KLM & ITA Airways, for ITA to then cancel one, then be told by both parties I’m not entitled to a refund? They took the money for a flight that didn’t happen! Two months on and still fighting! 🤯

How is it possible to book flights on <a href="/bookingcom/">Booking.com</a> with KLM &amp; <a href="/ITAAirways/">ITA Airways</a>, for ITA to then cancel one, then be told by both parties I’m not entitled to a refund? They took the money for a flight that didn’t happen! Two months on and still fighting! 🤯
