Hi BBC Watchdog Martin Lewis - can you help in any way with getting a refund from Booking.com for a flight that was cancelled by ITA Airways over 3 months ago? So many excuses being made, all blaming each other, and I’m still out of pocket 🤷🏼♂️ Surely I’m protected somehow?
