Congrats to Kashish Goel who presented promising results for post-COAPT approval registry. 5K real-world sicker pts with secondary severe MR who continued to derive benefit from MitraClip. GDMT as expected was pushed less than at COAPT RCT and 91% had <=2+ residual MR at 1yr.
