Hunter Lawrence wins the second moto and with it takes the 250 class overall at Budds Creek! He remains 22 points up on Justin Cooper with two Motos remaining

If you follow me, many of you have heard me speak very highly of Kenny’s 20-moto win 2016 title as one of the best seasons ever that wasn’t perfect. Jett’s season is also going down as an all-timer as he picks up his 19th straight 450 moto win. Both can be true!

That was such a rad display of how good Jett’s racecraft is. Was patient, picked his spots, changed his lines, attacked when it was go time. Super impressive

I’ve said three times now the rule sucks but go off

It’s actually just about the latest it can be restarted. The rulebook states that a race red flagged after 20 minutes elapsed will be considered complete, meaning the race is over and results are final as of previous lap

Still seeing some people confused. No, this doesn’t mean a staggered restart. A staggered restart doesn’t exist in the Pro Motocross rulebook. MX rulebook is different than SX rulebook so that’s why we’ve seen staggered restarts in SX

I know moving forward the plan is to try to make more uniform SX and MX rules since the two promotional bodies are working together. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this restart rule rectified into a more uniform verbiage between the two rulebooks

As many of you are echoing, I’m also not a fan of no staggered restart rule existing in the Pro Motocross rulebook. I’m curious why it isn’t. Going to be at least a few people unhappy with where they come out on the restart
