Finerenone vs placebo in non-diabetic CKD

N=1584
57% GN (417 with IgAN)
Mean eGFR 46
Median UACR 819mg/g
17% SGLT2i use at baseline

Primary outcome: total slope over 32 months

New Endo GL:
No empiric 25(OH)D testing without clinical indication.
Empiric supplement for those under 18 yo.
No empiric supplements for general population.
I long ago skipped checking 25(OH)D levels, and just give 1000 to 2000 IU vit D3 daily to CKD 3/4/5 adults.
