The CS Agriculture and Livestock Development Hon.Mithika Linturi has officially taken charge of the Ministry.
He was handed over leadership by the former CS, Hon. Peter G. Munya, EGH. at a ceremony held at Kilimo House.

In his remarks, CS Linturi has resolved to support all farmers.

The 62 trucks have departed from the Syokimau Nairobi Freight Terminus carrying a minimum of 100 bags each in order to transport the fertilizer to the designated factories.

Kenya kickstarts livestock export to Oman through Lamu Port!

The Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua kicked off distribution of animal feeds to pastrolists in Kajiado County in response to the significant livestock mortality, resulted from Drought. The nutritionally balanced animal feeds are expected to help households maintain their livestock.

Over 300,000 bags of subsidized fertiliser released to farmers.
