Hi Officeworks , why do I have to surrender my userid and password for a samsung tablet repair? This makes no sense as it is not required to access the device.
The staff at the Glebe store insisted or they could not process my repair.

Hello @samsungau. Is it your policy that I have to give my username and password when I hand in my tablet for repair? The folks at @officeworks insisted or they could not process my repair if I didn't give them the info.
I could not factory reset my tablet as it would not boot.
