We have developed Nanodynamo, a method based on Oxford Nanopore sequencing and mathematical modelling to study subcellular #RNA dynamics in triple-negative breast #cancer cells. The study is now out on Nature Communications doi.org/10.1038/s41467… rdcu.be/dSYRQ
