My favorite part is Bannon denying that he is a flight risk, even though his personal fortune is well documented and he has been arrested on a literal YACHT.

p.s. Reporting about the fake elector scheme and the records investigation has suggested Boris Epshteyn/s post-WH role in Trump World is as a general counsel of sorts. Here's another indicator of Epshteyn playing that role from DOJ's Bannon filing today:
