Last week, during the 60th Anniversary of the #CivilRightsAct Commemoration, President Biden toured the LBJ Library. The tour, led by Mark K. Updegrove, President and CEO of the #LBJFoundation, included a viewing of the historic desk where #PresidentJohnson signed the #VotingRightsAct. 📜
What an honor it was last week to host President Biden LBJ Library where I showed him the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and Civil Rights Act of 1964, signed into law by LBJ the year Vice President Kamala Harris and Tim Walz were born.
