Few finer ways to have spent a solo Saturday afternoon. 1.2kg blackberries and the first of the elderberries, for winemaking. Along with the (almost 5kg of) homegrown raspberries, my freezer is currently an embarrassment of berries.

Happy wknd. Legume & grain pancakes (mung beans, lentils, black rice, amaranth) + eggs cooked with curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin, chillies. Finished with amchur, chillies, coriander, spring onions, lime. Served with ☕. It tastes so good I don't know what to do with myself.
