Can someone help? Netflix UK & Ireland have been charging me twice since May 2020 they offered me 10 months refund. Apparently there is absolutely no-one at Netflix who can authorise a further refund. I have to go to PayPal, but they can only dispute 6 months. Its £900 I am owed.
