Isn’t there supposed to be a £20billion black hole? OUR taxes should be spent improving the NHS,schools,social care, building prisons,reservoirs,training more Drs & nurses, repairing & improving our roads etc not funding useless, ineffective eco schemes abroad that solve nothing
