Rishi Sunak complains about a Welfare budget of £69bn that goes to actually disabled people who need it to live

He ignores £150bn of Tax avoidance committed by a fraction of the 1%, who could pay it all and still be billionaires

Because that £150bn goes to his mates, and to HIM

And remember, you are only ever temporarily not disabled.

- do they have step-free access?
- is there an accessible toilet?
- do they have accessible menus?
- is there enough space between tables for a wheelchair?

The Equality Act will be 15 years old next year.

I am astonished at the amount of people who still think we should be grateful for the absolute bare minimum of access that has come since then.

Make it accessible or don’t make it 🤬

Being able to access information around your own healthcare in an appropriate format is a human right. There is so much work to be done to address the healthcare inequalities disabled people experience.

Ableds walk into me all the damn time. If you're lucky enough to have working eyes, use them.

These would be excellent changes for 2024.
