I❤️being an oncologist, but it’s not easy to recommend med onc as a career presently when what that looks like for many specialist trainees is so uncertain and insecure for so long. I hope this changes as we are starting to get the upper hand on cancer and need a strong force 🤍

Highly recommend the lung preceptorship. One of the best things I did during training. Learnt so much from the preceptors many who lived the nuances of the data as it dropped. Can’t read that anywhere. Invaluable insights.

Sharing as I often think about this figure and can never refind it. Such a good algorithm 😆🤓
