Without action, we face a hole in local crisis support that neither councils nor the charity sector can fill.

Rather than 'complex and varied' the reason people turn to food banks is simple and singular: lack of income to afford food.
We need to urgently see more #CashFirst responses including the continuation of the #HouseholdSupportFund so that no one needs to turn to charity to eat.
