It is that time of the year when some academics will reflect on 2023 and let us know how ‘amazing’ they have been in the last 12 months.

My reply:

Dr. Zencirci has received a residential fellowship from the Käte Hamburger Centre for Advanced Study 'Heritage in Transformation' (InHerit), for her project on the transformation of Ottoman heritage in Turkey. She will focus on a new discourse on Ottoman ahi (craft) guilds.
