Albania🇦🇱 is advancing its PHC services to meet people's changing needs and expectations!
A WHO team is supporting Min. e Shëndetësisë in developing a network-based PHC model. Together, we aim to deliver #PHC4UHC , ensuring everyone gets the right services when and where needed.

The WHO Collaborating Centre at Amsterdam UMC leads the PHC Performance Measurement & Management program. Previous 3 cohorts of the program have shown promising strides in PHC priority projects. We are hopeful that 2024 cohort🇪🇪🇬🇷🇭🇺🇸🇮 will follow the same suit to deliver #PHC4UHC
