We find that 13 countries are on track to meet their NDC targets. This is 2 more compared to our 2022 update. Some were already on track last year: China 🇨🇳, Egypt 🇪🇬, Ethiopia 🇪🇹, India 🇮🇳, Iran 🇮🇷, Mexico 🇲🇽, Morocco 🇲🇦, Russia 🇷🇺, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦, Türkiye 🇹🇷 and Viet Nam 🇻🇳
