Gen Surg PDs - a mentee decided to apply Gen Surg late - originally was OB/Gyn. Has gyn onc attending who is planning to write a strong LOR. Mentee wants to know should LOR coming from gen surgeon or is a strong letter from OB/Gyn who knows them well equal/better? Thoughts? thx
