I’m also leaving with an abundance of awe in our students, new grads, and next gen of GCs who continue to hold us all accountable, who work tirelessly (and quickly!) to right wrongs whenever possible. It’s relentless work and I hope supervisors & mentors continue to support them.

What I take away from this conference is a reinforced sense of urgency. Our fractured community reflects our fractured society. If we’re not protecting & supporting each other in our grief and anger, how do we hold space for our patients? What are we saying to those who need us?
