Hon. Brian Molefe states: "In 2017, during the 'state capture' years, Transnet transported 226 million tons of goods. But from 2017 to 2024, this declined to 150 million tons. Also, Transnet was profitable from 2010 to 2018. Why is it making losses of R10 billion?"
