I have this hint for those searching for fully funded PhD positions/scholarships.Do not ignore France while you focus only on Canada/US/UK.INSA, UniLille,etc are research intensive universities with lots of industry funded projects in Computer Sci, IT, Engineering etc. Thread 1/3
