Was recently somewhere it was HOT indoors -- without enough fresh air, no air-conditioning, no fans to cool. Doors were open, but insufficient for large group in room. Sweating hot!

I have more compassion for those who want to mask, but HOT indoor temp makes it complicated. /1

Getting too sick to keep working and people—who *I* had respected and cared about—making it very clear that the only value I held for them was the work I could produce.

Honestly, stuff like this, and the fact that first responders kill people suffering mental health episodes, has made me refrain from seeking care for my own and my loved ones’ health/mental health issues. Better to die at home than to be abused by a stranger. Sorry if that’s dark
