Why do people struggle to see a GP? Patients ⬆️ GPs ⬇️ 1000s of GPs wanting to work more in practices but the £££s aren’t there to employ them. With >25% pay erosion, unsafe workloads, real terms funding cuts and decreasing job satisfaction it won’t improve.
