We need a min of 1125 staff to do right by communities.

SCOTUS Judge Jackson explains why we use race-based laws to overcome racist policies & actions. She lifts up the framers’ intent in drafting the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and the 14th Amendment. Both were race-conscious. Neither were race-neutral. Listen!
