It’s concerning that the number of employers and employees taking advantage of this valuable benefit is declining. It provides an incredibly powerful platform for companies to support their giving in the workplace and can be a lifeline for charities.

This year's Sunday Times #GivingList reveals that the top 100 donors gave an impressive £3.233 billion, yet this marks a £208 million decline from last year. "We must find new ways to foster a renewed culture of giving in the UK," says our Chief Executive Neil Heslop.
