The leading Republican candidate has been found liable for sexual assault and fraud, his companies found guilty of fraud, and he's charged with 91 OTHER felony counts.
That he is not dismissed politically out of hand says much more about us, than about him.

I couldn't quite bring myself to tweet out during the Garland hearing, which I thought represented a new low for the House Judiciary Committee. It wasn't simply that every Q from R's was based on a knowing lie; it was the remarkable nastiness & impoliteness. They're total punks.

And now Donald Trump has been indicted in Georgia for racketeering. That seems about right. He lied, he made threats, he deployed menacing henchmen. If you act like a wannabe mafia don, you might just get treated like one.

It would not surprise me if Judge Chutkan called a hearing, with Trump’s presence, given his new remarks.
