During the tenure of C J Willy Mutunga and C J David Maraga that unscrupulous Bondo Magistrate who delivered two judgments on one matter would have been suspended and be before the JSC by now. In law, we say, “if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.” Let us continue paying peanuts.
