Lovely evening with coaches from clubs across Irish FA chatting about coach and player development. How do we create environments that allow the young people of today’s new generation to thrive, shifting our ‘command and control’ methods into one of co-creation and conversations.

On the road again…but thankfully no jet lag expected from a short trip over the water to hang out with the Irish FA. Looking forward to a couple of workshops on coach and player development. All about human performance!

Beautiful location for coach developer support this morning with a First Class County cricket coach. Love working with coaches that are open minded & passionate about improving their coaching practice. Opens up conversation we both learn from; I certainly leave feeling energised!
