Making good use of the extra dev time and polishing the user dashboard with account information page, SendGrid for transactionals and integration of Intercom support chat in-app. I believe that staying close to the first customers is critical.

Very somber feeling to miss the launch date. Both factories are at least one week delayed, both confirmed delivery by the 24th and both did not communicate the delay. Lesson in there.
