yes i have been doing subliminals and a lot of the negative thinking i used to have seems to be well managed. i donโ€™t have scattered thinking and i have a private playlist i set for when i sleep.

Subliminals and meditation. Every night I fall asleep to a subliminal for either wealth or success. And in the morning I meditate for 10 minutes on my chakras.

Every time I watch someone I genuinely enjoy consistently they blow up down the line, go viral and gain a huge following. Every time yโ€™all, itโ€™s interesting.

So apparently the reason why I feel groggy after a nap is because I take two hour naps and I def be REMing so because I disrupt that, I never feel energized? So I have to do 15-20 minute naps? FUCK ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ
