We have a good chance of mostly light rain Monday, mainly in the morning and from the coast to the mountains. Local rainfall could exceed 1/2" in the San Bernardino County Mountains but mostly be around 1/10" farther south. Local rainfall rates could exceed 1/10" per hour. #CAwx
