Currently recruiting a new PhD student on a 4 year Dept of Agriculture, Food and the Marine funded project #UPLIFT between UCC School of Food and Nutritional Sciences UCC Research and Teagasc Food Research Programme with Olivia McAuliffe. Development of next-generation alternative protein foods: bioprocess innovations, smart strain selection and health impacts.
