If this is in guidance, you might as well sign a death sentence to victims of domestic abuse and their children. In a system where there is already limited evidence, this will be the final nail in the coffin.

As a woman why do I feel I’m always being punished? Punished for being a victim of DA, punished for asking professionals to follow law and procedure, punished for having a view, punished for having feelings, punished for being a mum. Therefore, punished for being a woman!!! 😡
