This summer, Painshill celebrates the 300th anniversary of the birth of William Gilpin in 1724. From 19 July, we will display Gilpin’s sketches in-situ, in the landscape. This will allow visitors to compare Gilpin's drawings from 1772 with today's view. painshill.co.uk/events/the-wil…
