Today in 1980 #TerryFox was forced to end his Marathon of Hope after running 3,339 miles. Lying on a stretcher he said "If there is any way I can get out there again, and finish it, I will." Every Sept Canadians from coast to coast continue for him in local Terry Fox Runs
