Change in Treatment🧩Bladder Biopsy ⚠️Mention if tumor invades in detrusor 📖Lamina propria has smooth muscle wisps ❗️If tumor does NOT invade to detrusor➡️ surveillance, intravesical trt or BCG 🛑May still warrant cystectomy: LVI, prostatic urethral involvement, sarcomatoid
