Hi British Airways i submitted a complaint following a delayed flight last month. My complaint was submitted on 30th October and still have not had a response. A family that travelled with us submitted a complaint after us, and it was resolved within a week. Please help me
Hi British Airways its been over 2 months since i submitted a complaint because of a 7+ hour delay travelling back from usa to uk. Others on my flight have had cases resolved. When can i expect a response? You must have a max timescale to respond. How can i escalate this?
