This is my periodic reminder that I recommend using a 1-of-1 multisig for cold storage. This setup allows you to rotate (eg, each 6 months) the signer keys w/o changing your address! Furthermore, you can do batch txs, and it's easy to make it a 2/3 by adding a mobile safe app and

2008: Let's build a decentralised, privacy-focused, and censorship-resistant p2p layer based on multiple decades of cryptographic research.

2024: GM. Points.

The next 2-3 years will show how censorship-resistant our industry really is. (Legal) attacks at the state level will be normal. Brace yourself, it's going to be a rough ride. Don't surrender. Fuck the governments' double standards.

So many folks, particularly in crypto, don't get it: possessions weigh you down. I've never owned a car, a house, an expensive watch, expensive clothes, etc. - but I can honestly say that I wake up every day with a zest for life & a desire to get shit done. Please don't fool

We want to give a big thank you for your efforts in helping us to sudo rm -rf --no-preserve-root / from Security Alliance and Mudit Gupta . They helped us to confirm the issues, test the exploit on a testnet and fork, and in confirming the fix so that the exploit could not be repeated.

The more we are confronted with state-level censorship attacks, the clearer it becomes that we need to push trustless applications and _anon_-based builders. Being an anon builder has more virtues than disadvantages these days. Everything will and should be anon in the future.

The Department of 'Justice' has once again criminalized the developers of an app that restores financial privacy. The way to fix this it to make money private by default. Privacy must never be 'exceptional,' or they will make it criminal.

I added Echidna-based ERC20 & ERC721 properties to snekmate contracts. afaict, it's the first Vyper integration, and I hope others can benefit from the pain I had to go through. hevm doesn't strip whitespace characters (!) and Foundry ffi doesn't easily allow for command piping.

99% of people don't care about privacy until they realise that privacy is a core principle to pay attention to. Privacy isn't just a luxury for the paranoid; it's the safeguard against a future where your every move is a commodity sold to the highest bidder. Wake up early rather

The status quo of account security: either it's not secure enough for other people to get in, or it's so secure that you can't get in yourself.
