One common mistake that I see smart PMs and data scientists make is they write a long detailed doc with their analysis and methodology but don't lead with what the customer experience or impact is.

Nobody wants to read through pages of methodology to understand what the tl:dr

One of the best life changes that I did recently is to put my phone away in a separate room the moment that I get home from work.

The phone is a vampire that's always seeking your attention.
