A new episode of #MonsterHigh written by Yours Truly is out TODAY! This show is SO fun and SO special and I loved telling a bit of Heath's story while he works through crushes and dealing with President, CEO and Lord of the Underworld Hades, AKA his dad!

I wrote 'Best Fiends' and the awesome Callie C. Miller wrote 'Scareer Day'! This is the first Monster High episode I wrote and it was scary fun! Thanks sooo much to Shea Fontana for bringing me on and for being a great leader! There are new episodes ALL month! Boo!

It has been brought to my attention the general public thinks the hollywood strike is over.
The WGA strike is over.
For the writers.
The SAG strike for actors is still going. We have a totally separate contract. Similar needs.
Currently the studios have stopped negotiating.

I seem normal on the outside and I’m going through life, family stuff, work stuff. But inside my head, it’s like a constant song of “Everything is Awful!”

It all still feels incomprehensible and I think a lot of people underestimate how much our brains resist dealing with horror

Earlier this year, Disney was caught inserting digital scans of background actors in their film ‘PROM PACT’.

Disney & other studios have been digitally scanning background actors and are now using their digital likeness in various movies & TV shows without payment or permission.

My heart goes out to everyone who was working on these films.

I was the lead character on a Netflix series, and guest recurring on another. We recorded 13 episodes of both-a full season. Last year, both got unceremoniously cancelled. All that storytelling gone. Its crushing.

Hey, Writers Guild of America East and Writers Guild of America West members -- it ain't over until our SAG-AFTRA brethren get their deal. I know we're busy putting our lives back in order, but carve out an hour or two to get back out there for SAG-AFTRA. We leave no one behind. They've had our backs, now we have theirs.

By the way, Ellen Burstyn never wanted to be in an Exorcist sequel. Only reason she did this movie was because BH/Universal agreed to fund a scholarship for young actors. Using studios' obsession on IP/characters to get what she wanted. Good for her!!!
