We listen to all feedback and this will help us improve the system so it can bring the greatest benefits for patient safety.

As well as extending the deadline, we are working on other #LFPSE improvements. These include changes to questions asked, how they are explained in the system and how data is extracted. Testing the system live is so important in supporting us to improve it.

So far, 6 organisations have completed transition to #LFPSE . On the whole they are reporting a positive experience. We encourage people to comment on how they experience using the system to help us improve it further.

Don't forget to register for our next #PSIRF webinar, taking place 14 November. This is the first in a series of more practical webinars to support organisations to transition to the new framework, and coincides with the start of the 'discovery' phase.

Fantastic news for #PatientSafety research. The work of PSRCs will support the NHS to gain further understanding and address knowledge gaps around key patient safety challenges. Research & innovation is crucial to continuous improvement and aims of the NHS #PatientSafety Strategy

After listening to feedback on challenges in meeting the original March 2023 deadline to transition to #LFPSE , we have extended to 30 September 2023 to ensure time for local testing and customisation.
