Actually - real leaders take responsibility, model good behaviour, take action against unacceptable behaviour, purposely build healthy organisational culture. This ‘wasn’t me’, ‘wasn’t here’, ‘wasn’t told’, ‘didn’t know’ approach shows how out of his depth and step the PM is.
