April national records exceeded in Slovenia 🇸🇮, Bosnia & Herzegovina 🇧🇦and Croatia 🇭🇷 but many other notable site records fell.

This is a fantastic and thoughtful overview by Prof. Stefan Rahmstorf 🌏 🦣--accessible to a broad audience--of science surrounding the #AMOC , its role in global #climate system, the (enormous) risks posed if it were to collapse, and discussion of the (still large) uncertainties involved.
